What exactly does pasteurisation mean?

Pasteurisation is a process of controlled heat treatment that inactivates the naturally occurring enzymes and bacteria, which would otherwise contribute to the rapid deterioration of the juice.

Does pasteurisation destroy the vitamins and nutrients?

Pasteurisation protects the quality and taste of the juice. It does not destroy the vitamins & nutrients in the juice.

Are all your juices pasteurised?

All our products undergo processes that eliminate harmful microorganisms. All juice products from Aquafresh are pasteurized by the standard procedure in state-of-the-art machinery during the filling process.

How is the juice packaged?

The juice is packaged using an aseptic process. Aseptic processing is a process by which the sterile liquid is packaged in a sterile container in a way that maintains its sterility.

What is the shelf life of Kalyppo?

The shelf life of Kalyppo is 1 year. It is packed into a seven layered insulated package that protects the product and maintains its quality without added preservatives.
